Some assembly required

June 30, 2023

We’d like to tell you that a Momo home will arrive at your jobsite fully built.

That all you have to do is roll the home into place, tighten a few screws, and buff the front-door handle.

But we’d be lying.

That’s because a Momo home does require some assembly. In fact, it takes about three weeks to go from lot to lockup.

Three weeks!

We know what you’re thinking: “That’s just too long.”

We agree.

We’re working to speed up the process.

Still, no one is faster. And you only need a crew of four or so to complete the assembly.

Here’s how the process works.

  1. Install the Surefoot foundation.
  2. The roof, wall, and exterior components arrive via shipping container.
  3. Your team unloads the components and frames the home.
  4. You install the interior components and roof.
  5. You or your specialist subs complete the build: flooring, electrical, water, heating / AC, and optional solar package.
  6. You and the team share a celebratory pizza …
  7. … then start building the next home.

Nice, right?

Oh, if you’re new to the process, we’ll train you and your crew for free.

The system is lean. It’s fast. and best of all, the quality is better than just about everything on the market.

Someday we hope to deliver you a home that self-assembles at the push of a button so you can just skip to step No. 6.

Till then, we’ll keep you posted.

Cheers,

Jeff
