Additionally, Momo Footings have been in use for more than 10 years in Spain, Great Britain, New Zealand, South Africa, and Australia.
Momo Homes has partnered with three American engineering companies to cover certification in all 50 states.
While the use of steel piles in residential construction is new (at least in the United States), it has a long, proven history in civil engineering and commercial construction.

Is cold-formed steel a fire risk?
No.
A steel frame is far safer than a timber frame, which is why it is the go-to material in commercial construction.
Do cold-formed steel frames foster the growth of mold?
No.
Can I do a remodel if the house is framed with cold-formed steel?
Yes.
Steel is strong, simple to cut and easy to work with. And you can do a remodel in either wood or steel framing.
