Limited Terms of Service

The Website, along with all related services, data, tools, software, updates, and materials provided by Momo Homes Limited (collectively, the “Services”), are offered subject to your acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in this document (the “Agreement”). This Agreement also applies to content we may provide through our accounts on social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok. Momo Homes Limited manufactures and sells affordable, durable prefabricated housing units made from high-quality materials for various applications, alongside offering installation, permitting, financing, and other related services (the “Products”). Our Products and Services carry the “Momo Homes” brand, with the possibility of introducing additional Products or Services under new brand names in the future.

Please read this Agreement carefully before accessing or using the Website and Services. By accessing or using any part of the Website, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any Services. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer by Momo Homes Limited, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.

THE AGREEMENT INCLUDES DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, AS WELL AS ARBITRATION PROVISIONS THAT LIMIT YOUR RIGHTS TO COURT HEARING, JURY TRIAL, AND PARTICIPATION IN CLASS ACTIONS.
