shipping container.
Upgraded bathroom and kitchen components
are assembled in our manufacturing and
assembly plant before shipping. Walls are pre-
assembled at our plant using our easy-handle
system and packed into shipping cassettes.
Containers also hold pre-assembled steel wall sections housed in cassettes, along with insulation, doors, windows, siding, and flooring.
The unloading and assembly process has
been designed to allow two nonspecialist
workers to assemble walls in less than
three days.
The shipping container arrives loaded with the completed wall sections, insulation, doors, windows, siding, and plasterboard. Electrical wiring and plumbing are pre-installed.
Next, the finished surface flooring and final electrical switchboard connections are installed.
Last comes water hookup, heating/air conditioning, and the optional solar and battery package.
